Why is my favorite item out of stock?
We produce our products in small batches to ensure freshness, so sometimes items may go out of stock while a new batch is finishing production. You can sign up to receive an email notification when your item restocks by selecting “Notify Me” on the product page
How do I check my order status?

How long will it be until I receive my order?
We understand how excited you are to receive your order. We typically process new orders within 3 business days for in-stock items. If you have preordered an item or an item in your order is backordered, we will email updates to you periodically! Shipping times vary based on location, but in general please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Do you perform animal testing?
Forever Beaumore does not condone the practice of animal testing. We do not perform cosmetic tests on animals nor do we contract testing to third parties for this purpose. The only possible exception to this is when regulatory authorities require animal testing for regulatory purposes.
How do you guarantee product safety?
Safety and efficacy of our products is our top priority. We work with cGMP certified and FDA registered laboratories to develop our products and each batch undergoes a series of tests to ensure purity and cleanliness of the product. Are your products 100% natural?
Forever Beaumore products combine time-tested natural ingredients with modern science. For this reason, our products are not 100% natural. In some cases, synthetic ingredients perform better, are more stable, and last longer than natural sources. We are inspired by nature and continue to infuse natural ingredients into our products but will always select the safest, most effective ingredients for you.

I don’t like the gift with purchase. Can I trade?
Gifts with purchase are not trade-able and non transferable.
I recently made a purchase, but today there’s a special promotion. Can you apply today’s promotion to my recent order?
Unfortunately we are unable to perform price adjustments or retroactively apply promotions to a purchase. The best way to stay informed about special promotions is to sign up for our email newsletter.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
As a result of the ongoing pandemic, many shipping companies are experiencing unprecedented volume and delays. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 2-3 business days for the carrier to re-attempt delivery. If you have not received your package after 3 business days, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional evidence you may have such as photos, security video, etc so we may assist you in filing a complaint with the postal service.
Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?
Please contact us at email@example.com to request order cancellation or modification. We will do our best to help you but cannot guarantee requests will be accomodated.
If a product goes out of stock during a promotion, can I apply the code to the product once it is back in stock?
Gifts and promotions may only be applied to in stock items and only during the promotion period.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged or items are missing?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of package delivery to inform us of damaged or missing items. We may ask for additional information such as images or order numbers to assist us in our investigation.
Can more than one promotional code be used on an order?
Currently our website only allows for 1 promotional code to be used per order.
