Shipping Policy
At Forever Beaumore, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and affordably as possible. Shipping costs can vary depending on your location, and we want to be transparent about why. Please review our shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and explanations for price differences below.
We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Continental United States:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
Hawaii & Alaska:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $10.99
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $150
Why Is There a Price Difference?
Shipping to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) incurs higher costs due to several factors:
1. Distance & Geography: These locations are farther from the continental U.S., requiring packages to be transported by air or sea, which increases shipping costs.
2. Fewer Shipping Options: Fewer carriers provide affordable ground shipping to these areas, leading to reliance on air transport, which is generally more expensive.
3. Logistical Challenges: Remote locations like HI and AK require additional logistical coordination and longer transit times, contributing to higher overall shipping costs.
To account for these factors and continue to provide the best service possible, shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are adjusted accordingly. We aim to offer fair pricing while ensuring reliable delivery to all our customers.
Shipping Times
- Continental United States: 1-5 business days
- Hawaii & Alaska: 4-10 business days
Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For the health and safety of our team, our fulfillment center is closed on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please take the following steps:
1. Check the surrounding area where packages are commonly left, including your mailbox, front door, side entrance, or with a neighbor who may have accepted it on your behalf.
2. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages may show as delivered before the carrier has actually dropped it off.
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery details.
4. If you still cannot locate the package, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@foreverbeaumore.com within 7 days of the reported delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.
In the unfortunate event that your package is suspected to have been stolen, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement to file a report and providing us with a case number. While we cannot be responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to help you resolve the situation.
