We understand that your choice in skincare is very personal and sometimes a product is not the right fit for you. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your Forever Beaumore product, please email us at hello@foreverbeaumore.com within 30 days of your purchase to receive a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange, minus shipping. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Forever Beaumore Cosmetics.


Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please email hello@foreverbeaumore.com and we will provide a return authorization number and mailing information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and correct return address. Shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund. 

You must contact Forever Beaumore within 30 calendar days of purchase to request an exchange or return. After 30 calendar days, your purchase will no longer be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. You must postmark your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving return authorization information. If your return or exchange is not postmarked within the allotted time, you will be eligible for store credit only. 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return via email and place a new order.


Refund Policy

Orders are eligible for refund provided that the item(s) meet the qualifications outlined above and below. All refunds are issued at the discretion of Forever Beaumore Cosmetics. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon safe receipt and inspection of returned product(s). Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. 

If you paid through Klarna, your refund will be issued through Klarna directly for the amount you have paid thus far on your purchase. You may contact Klarna directly for return and refund questions. 


Exclusions & Limitations

Personal care products (including face shields, face masks, hand sanitizer) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Items received as part of a free gift or promotion may not be returned or exchanged. 

Only products purchased at www.foreverbeaumore.com are eligible for mail-in return or exchange. In-store purchases may only be returned in store. We cannot accept Forever Beaumore items purchased at an authorized retailer for return or exchange.

Improperly packaged items that are damaged in transit will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. We are not responsible for personal damage or loss of an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, misused, etc we cannot refund or accept a return. 

We will not accept empty products or products that appear to have been significantly used. Determination of “empty” and “significantly used” will be made at the discretion of Forever Beaumore only. We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundled sets; you must return the complete set for return or exchange.
