Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering any Forever Beaumore competition or giveaway. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. PROMOTER DETAILS
The promoter of this competition is Forever Beaumore Cosmetics Inc. ("the Promoter"), headquartered at 3629 W MacArthur Blvd, Suite 203, Santa Ana, California 92704. For all competition-related inquiries, contact hello@foreverbeaumore.com or through the official Forever Beaumore social media channels. By entering, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms in full.

2. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This competition is open to legal residents of the United States only and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Promoter makes no representation that this competition is appropriate or available outside the United States or in any U.S. state where such competitions are restricted.

3. ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 are strictly ineligible and will be disqualified upon discovery, regardless of any parental or guardian consent. The following persons are also not eligible:
- Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Forever Beaumore Cosmetics Inc.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members of any such person
- Any individual involved in the administration, operation, or judging of the competition
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria or who provides false or misleading information.

4. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition opens and closes on the dates specified in the individual competition announcement post ("the Competition Period"). Entries submitted before the opening date or after the closing date will not be eligible. The Promoter's decisions regarding dates and timings are final.

5. HOW TO ENTER — INCLUDING FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
Entry instructions will be specified in the relevant competition announcement. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
For entrants who prefer not to use social media, a free alternative method of entry (AMOE) is available:
FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY: Hand-print your full name, address, date of birth, email address, and the name of the specific competition on a plain piece of paper and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be received within the Competition Period. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries carry the same weight and equal chance of selection as online entries. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

6. ODDS OF WINNING
THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE COMPETITION PERIOD. No representation is made, expressed or implied, that any individual's chances of winning are greater than those of any other eligible entrant. The Promoter will never misrepresent or exaggerate the probability of winning in any competition announcement or promotional material.

7. WINNER SELECTION
For prize draws, the winner will be selected by a random computer-generated process or by an independent person not connected with the competition. For skill-based competitions, entries will be judged fairly and consistently against pre-published criteria. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of a technical failure or other unforeseen circumstance, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw or re-judge as appropriate.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING
The winner will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing date via the contact details or platform account provided at time of entry.
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance and delivery details within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for failed notifications due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, privacy settings, or other technical issues outside its control.

9. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
The prize will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation of the winner's acceptance and delivery details. Delivery to U.S. addresses only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the competition announcement. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside its control.

10. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & VALUE
The prize will be as described in the competition announcement. Where a prize value is stated, the Promoter confirms this accurately reflects the retail value at the time of announcement and will provide evidence upon reasonable request. The prize must be awarded exactly as described. Any material change to the prize description will be communicated to entrants prior to the competition closing date.

11. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside its control, including product discontinuation, stock unavailability, or supply chain issues. The winner will be notified of any substitution prior to fulfillment.

12. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part, unless the Promoter explicitly offers a cash alternative in the specific competition announcement.

13. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the prize, including California state income tax on its fair market value. Forever Beaumore Cosmetics Inc. will not withhold taxes on behalf of the winner. Where required by law, the Promoter will issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation to the winner for prizes with a fair market value of $600 or more. Winners should consult a qualified tax advisor regarding any tax implications of receiving a prize.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter's total liability to any entrant arising out of or in connection with this competition shall not exceed the retail value of the prize. The Promoter excludes all liability for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with their participation, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or fraud
- Any technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in connection with the competition
- Any late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- Any issues arising from the use of social media platforms beyond the Promoter's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE
Where a competition requires entrants to submit or post content as part of their entry — including photographs, videos, captions, reviews, or other creative works ("Entry Content") — the following terms apply:
- By submitting Entry Content, the entrant warrants they are the sole creator and owner, that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that they have the right to grant the license below.
- The entrant grants Forever Beaumore Cosmetics Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the Entry Content for marketing and promotional purposes across any channel, with or without attribution.
- The entrant waives any moral rights or right of approval over how Entry Content is used within the scope of this license.
- The Promoter will not use Entry Content in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or materially misrepresents the entrant.
- Entry Content must not contain third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, or the likeness of any identifiable individual other than the entrant without appropriate written releases.
If a competition does not require content submission, this section does not apply.

16. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY (CCPA)
As a California-based business, Forever Beaumore Cosmetics Inc. is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This applies directly to all data collected in connection with this competition.
- Data collected: name, social media handle, email address, postal address, date of birth (for age verification), and any information voluntarily provided at entry.
- Purpose: solely to administer the competition, verify eligibility, select and notify the winner, fulfill the prize, and meet legal obligations.
- The Promoter does not sell or share personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Data is shared with couriers or service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the prize.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary, then securely deleted.
California residents have the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 17. PUBLICITY
The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, initial of surname, general location (county/state), and social media handle for promotional purposes, including on Forever Beaumore's social media channels and website. The winner retains the right to decline such publicity by notifying the Promoter in writing within 7 days of winner notification.

18. PUBLICATION OF WINNER DETAILS
To demonstrate that a valid and lawful award has taken place, the Promoter will publish the winner's first name and state/county of residence within 28 days of the competition closing date. Entrants agree to this publication as a condition of entry. Objections should be directed to the Promoter promptly; the Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate the request while satisfying applicable transparency obligations.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, or X (formerly Twitter). Any information provided by entrants is given to the Promoter only and not to any social media platform. By entering, participants release each applicable platform from any and all liability arising in connection with this competition.

20. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition only in exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These Terms will not be changed once the competition is live except to correct a material error or comply with applicable law. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and promptly.
The following conduct will result in immediate disqualification:
- Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent entries
- Use of automated tools, bots, or bulk-entry methods
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation of any competition mechanism
- Harassment or abusive conduct directed at the Promoter, its employees, or other entrants
The Promoter confirms it will not:
- Change these Terms during the active competition period in a manner unfair to existing entrants
- Misrepresent or exaggerate the odds of winning in any competition announcement
- Require the winner to pay any fee or charge in order to claim or receive their prize

21. GOVERNING LAW — CALIFORNIA
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
